The JPI HDHL welcomes two new members in the Scientific Advisory Board:
In pillar 1, Dr. Emmanuelle Kesse-Guyot from Sorbonne Paris Cité Universitaire in France and Dr. Eva Falch from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in pillar 2. Dr. Kesse-Guyot’s expertise concentrates on epidemiology, public health, nutrition, dietary patterns and their relation to health as well as chronic diseases and aging research.
Dr. Falch’s main research interests include the functionality and processing of food lipids as well as seafood processing, functional foods and applied biotechnology. She further has considerable expertise in food production also from an industry perspective.
