Boosting Research Skills: ECN’s First Workshop on Data Visualisation in R
In January 2025, the ECN offered its first workshop on "Data Visualisation in R", led by Junior Professor Dr. Philipp Sprengholz from the University of Bamberg (Germany).
The workshop was divided into two sessions, and included both theoretical and practical components. Participants received a deep dive into the complexities of data visualisation in R, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in applying their newly acquired skills. The workshop was highly engaging and fostered enthusiasm and creativity among the participants.
About the Early Career Network
The Healthy Diet, Healthy Life (HDHL) Early Career Network is a dynamic community of early career researchers in nutrition, physical activity, and health. It promotes research skills, fosters collaboration, and offers networking opportunities through online activities and resource sharing.
The network was launched in 2023 and is growing every day! Currently, the network consists of 50+ members from 9 different countries and 20 research projects in the fields of nutrition, physical activity, and health.
