The JPI HDHL is pleased to announce the launch of “PREVNUT”, a fifth call organized under the umbrella of the ERA-NET ERA-HDHL in order to promote collaborative and international research on nutrition and health.- Biomarkers for Nutrition and Health In April 2014 the Joint Programming Initiative ‘A Healthy Diet for a Healthy Life’ (JPI HDHL) launched a transnational call for research proposals on Biomarkers in Nutrition and Health (BioNH). The funded projects MiRDiet and FOODBALL stared in December 2014 and ended respectively in December 2017 and July 2018.

Our Management Board, Scientific Advisory Board, and Stakeholder Advisory Board members joined in Madrid for a three day event.- Biomarkers for Nutrition and Health (co-funded call) In February 2016, 14 countries launched the first ERA-HDHL Cofunded joint call for funding multilateral research projects on “Biomarkers for nutrition and health”. This Joint Action funded 12 projects that started in the beginning of 2017 for about 3 years.
Today is World Diabetes Day, highlighting the urgent need to tackle this global health crisis. The International Diabetes Federation, WHO, and UN are leading a global campaign focused on this year's theme: "Access to Diabetes Care." This day underscores the importance of ensuring treatment and support are available to millions worldwide.- Nutrition and Cognitive Function In 2015, the JPI HDHL launched the Joint Action: Nutrition and Cognitive Function (NutriCog). The five funded projects started in the first half of 2016 for a period of 3 years.
On 11 February 2025, the projects funded through the NUTRIMMUNE call held their mid-term symposium at the headquarters of the French National Research Agency (ANR) in Paris. The symposium presented an excellent opportunity for the projects to share their progress and results to date.
